You can schedule the RM Auditor database to synchronise regularly with the Windows Active Directory. This ensures that any updates you make using the RM Management Console are reflected in the RM Auditor database too, for example, adding new users.
In the left-hand pane, click Administration.
In the right-hand pane, under Database Maintenance Tasks, select Synchronisation.
To run the task immediately, click the Run button.
To create a schedule for synchronising the database, click the Schedule button.

We recommend that you schedule this task to run once a week when the network is not busy. You need also to run the task manually every time you make a significant change in the RM Management Console, such as adding or deleting a group of users or workstations.
